Not All Precasters Are Alike

The saying, "You get what you pay for" holds true within our industry and not all cast concrete products and their producers are alike. We offer competitive prices to that of other manufacturers that purchase quality raw materials, hire skilled craftsman, pay fair wages to their employees, and stand by a cast stone/architectural producer's "Code of Ethics". As part of running a professional company, we provide a full benefits package to our employees, provide safety equipment, have a formal Safety Program and Drug-Free Workplace Policy, and maintain appropriate workers compensation insurance coverage. Given that we provide unsurpassed product quality and a professional staff, we are not always the least expensive company around. However, to compromise our integrity, would mean that we would not be able to meet our company's mission of providing "the best quality products" to our customers.

Our mission is to provide our clients with unparalleled quality products and to obtain complete customer satisfaction with each project we work on. We are members of the two nationally recognized associations for our industry - the Architectural Precast Association (APA) and the Cast Stone Institute (CSI). Craig is currently on the board of directors for the APA. Being members of both the APA and CSI gives us considerable insight into the industry at a national level. Also, as members of these associations, our products must meet or exceed ASTM standards for commercial and residential structures and have a minimum compressive strength of 6,500 psi at 28 days and a 6% or less water absorption rate. These specifications ensure that our products will not only look good today but will maintain their appearance for years to come. Our projects have received awards such as, "Craftsman of the Year" from the American Institute of Architects (Florida Chapter), "Outstanding Achievement for Restoration of an Historic Non-Residential Structure" from the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation, and "Excellence in Construction Award for Historical Restoration" from the Associated Builders and Contractors.
